Alison Birge

Ms. Birge directs multi-family development for Village Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation. She joined Village Capital Corporation in 2015 to grow the company’s multi-family development activities across the country, including Indiana, Minnesota, Colorado, North Carolina, and Texas. She joined Pedcor Investments (an affiliate of Village Capital Corporation and Pedcor Housing Corporation) as a developer in 2004. During her tenure with Pedcor Investments, Ms. Birge developed affordable housing communities in Tennessee and Iowa. Prior to joining the Pedcor Companies, Ms. Birge worked for Toyota, Conseco, and Frito-Lay. Ms. Birge earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2004. She earned a B.A. from Georgetown University in 1996.
