Natali joined the Inclusivity Institute in September 2023. With over 15 years of working in childcare and daycare settings, Natali joins the team with a diverse range of experience with children.
She came to the Institute seeking alternative ways to serve households with children, primarily those affected by housing instability. Understanding the trauma that children experience in vulnerable circumstances, she seeks to advance the ways she can contribute to low-income families’ temporary setbacks through the programs within the Institute.
As a Residential Intake Coordinator, Natali works directly with tenants applying to the Family Assistance Program. She works one-on-one to complete intakes, gather necessary information, and collaborate with the Residential Equity Team to determine eligibility of assistance.
Natali grew up on the northwest side of Indianapolis in Greenbriar, and currently resides in Home Place with her two children.
